RETURNS POLICY

You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only. View your order details to request a return and get your prepaid shipping label.

All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. ALL DISCOUNTS OVER 30% ARE FINAL SALE and will be labeled as such on the product page, in your shopping bag, and during checkout. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped? Orders placed with Economy shipping will ship within 1—2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 1:00PM PST Monday—Friday will be shipped same day and deliver on the next business day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 1:00PM PST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). All international orders placed by 11:00 AM PST will ship out within 2 business days. On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays..
